At Peltz Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn footwear back into its original manufacturer's shoe box, then secure that box inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, affix it to the outside of your shipping box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 5-10 business days.
